Coating materials from pellets to large tablets, the XL™Lab tablet coating range combines flexibility of batch size with a spray system readily compatible with the full spectrum of spray media. Products developed on the XL™Lab tablet coater are easily transferred to Manesty’s XL™Cota and Premier coating systems taking into production the full process benefits developed in your laboratory.
Options for the XL™Lab tablet coaters
A wide variety of air handling options are available for use with the XL™Lab coaters. For the XL™Lab 01 this includes the option of a mobile combined inlet/exhaust unit making the entire system portable. Other options may include dehumidification, rehumidification or HEPA filtration. Exhaust fan/filter units can be supplied with standard or safe-change filters and dust collection systems, rendering the XL™Lab range as versatile as the other OYSTAR Manesty ranges of coaters.
