Compliant in all aspects of GMP and utilising materials acceptable for use by the Global Pharmaceutical Regulatory Authorities for sealing and construction, the  Opti Coat spray gun is the ultimate choice for Pharmaceutical tablet film coating.

The new Opti Coat spray gun is supported by an efficient peristaltic pump delivery system.  This ensures excellent control of solution delivery as automatic settings are used to validate the precision of your process.  Individual monitoring of the performance of each solution line is also available.  By simply switching tubing, a range of aqueous and organic solvents can be successfully used.
