Our experienced pharmaceutical scientists will be able to demonstrate and trial the very latest tableting equipment in our state of the art Process Trials laboratory. We can work with small scale research and development quantities to large scale full production. Analysis of the resulting tablets can also be provided to give you full confidence that the equipment can meet your needs.

With many years of experience dealing with and overcoming process challenges we can offer you the benefits of our experience in optimising your desired process. Our experts in the tableting field are also able to offer you their support on-site in case of difficulties and for optimising your process.  

Training courses, workshops and seminars for clients

Either at Oystar Manesty or on your premises we can provide full training for you. We hold courses on Tablet Compression, Tablet Coating and Tablet Tooling with particular value set on the mixture between theory and practical experience. We can customise the courses directly to the requests of our customers. 

In addition we also provide seminars and workshops on latest developments in tablet production and development. 

Some of the new developments we are currently working on include:

• Accuspray which is a revolutionary new form of external tablet lubrication that minimises the use of traditional lubricants such as magnesium stearate producing harder tablets with better disintegration properties. Ideal for use in the manufacture of effervescent and rapid dissolve tablets.
• Process Analytical Technology - We are working with a consortium of industrial and academic partners on a program to design and develop the next generation of solid dose manufacturing equipment incorporating real time on line measurements of critical parameters such as API concentration
