XSpress R & D Rotary Tablet Press
The newly developed 4 to 10 station XSpress is the new generation of R&D rotary tablet press introduced by OYSTAR Manesty. The press conforms to our current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) with its wipe clean surfaces and stainless steel components. The press provides R&D users with advanced instrumentation which allows customers to study key data such as product compressibility. The XSpress is ideal to scale up to our established Xpress production tablet press.
The XSpress offers pre and main compression as standard and also offers a unique hybrid turret with four B and four D punches. This flexible turret arrangement allows rapid format change without the need to exchange turrets.
