It is the quality policy of OYSTAR Manesty to deliver to our external customers products and services that fully meet or exceed their requirements and expectations.
We will achieve this by:

- Continuously monitoring elements of the Quality Management System to improve its effectiveness and thus ensure that the quality of products and services meet the requirements and expectations of external and internal customers.
- Ensuring, by management review, third party assessment and internal quality audits, that the quality of goods and services is consistently being achieved.
